Terms of Purchase

These terms regulate the process of purchasing goods on the website www.estadesign.ee. The seller is Technomar & Adrem AS (registration code 10087171), address: Vana-Narva mnt. 22, 74114 Maardu, Estonia, email: info@estadesign.ee.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms of purchase.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The terms of purchase apply to all customers using the website www.estadesign.ee.
1.2. The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and prices without prior notice. These changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
1.3. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise specified.
1.4. The terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Prices and Order Placement

2.1. Product prices are indicated on the website and may change during campaigns or other marketing activities.
2.2. The buyer must provide accurate information when placing an order: name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. The seller is not responsible for errors made by the buyer.
2.3. After placing the order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email. If the confirmation is not received, the buyer must contact the seller.
2.4. The sales contract comes into effect once the payment has been received by the seller.
2.5. The order is considered confirmed after the seller sends a notification of order acceptance.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, electronic payments, or other methods available on the website. Payments are processed by a reliable payment intermediary, Maksekeskus AS.
3.2. Payments must be made in euros (EUR).
3.3. For bank transfers, the buyer must include the order number in the payment details.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer during the order placement.
4.2. The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
4.3. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed during the checkout process.
4.4. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
4.5. The buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt. In case of damaged packaging, a damage report must be drawn up and the seller must be informed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days after receiving them.
5.2. Opening the packaging to inspect the product is not considered usage and does not void the right of return.
5.3. The returned goods must be in their original condition, suitable for resale.
5.4. To initiate a return, the buyer must send a request to the email: info@estadesign.ee.
5.5. The seller refunds the cost of the goods and the initial delivery fee, except in cases where the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option.
5.6. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a defective product.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
6.2. Refunds are made to the same account from which the payment was received.

7. Warranty

7.1. Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or natural wear and tear.
7.3. In case of a defect, the buyer must notify the seller via email: info@estadesign.ee.

8. Liability of the Parties

8.1. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the goods.
8.2. The seller is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

9. Data Protection

9.1. The seller is committed to protecting the buyer’s personal data and using it only for fulfilling the order.
9.2. The buyer’s personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases prescribed by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in the courts of Estonia.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. The seller is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure circumstances.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. The terms of purchase are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
12.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms their agreement with these terms.
